Blog Talk Radio interviewed me on how Rolfing can help RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) and Chronic Pain. RSD can be a very painful and debilitating condition, and there are many holistic options for chronic pain.  As I mentioned on the show, Rolfing can be effective in helping people with RSD, and other chronic pain conditions, through releasing the stress and tension of the body.

The chronic tension of the body builds throughout life; you get stressed, then tense. If the tension isn’t released, it tightens up your fascia, causing pain and sometimes injuries. With chronic pain or RSD, the tension might not cause your condition, but it inevitably makes it worse.
