Why Rolfing works:
The body stores tension in its soft tissue. Releasing the chronic tension ends the constant state of tightness allowing greater range of motion, circulation and natural performance. It is as if your tailor altered your suit, which was once too small.
Soft tissue that has the resiliency and length literally creates more space for your skeleton and organs to have the room they need. The muscles and fascia stop continually pulling on your body. With that space, your bones and organs move back and stay in a more balance position.
